How Sessions Work

All services are provided remotely by phone, Zoom, or email. Request a session here.

Charges are based on the total amount of time Nancy spends on your service(s), including interactive and non-interactive time. All services require prepayment to Nancy’s company, Applied Conscious Technologies, LLC. Payments forms include credit and debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle. By requesting a service, you indicate that you agree to the Terms of Agreement and Cancellation and Refund Policy (below).

If you’re requesting services by email or text, you may need to send a photo of yourself (or other intended recipient such as your pet) before services can be delivered.

Pricing

• Single session: $170 per hour ($85 per half hour)

• 4 half-hour sessions:* $300

• 4 one-hour sessions:* $600

* Package sessions must be completed within 1 year after purchase

Cancellation and Refund policy

When you schedule a session, you are paying for a reserved block of time rather than delivery of service. Therefore, refunds on single sessions are available only if you notify to cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. On prepaid packages of multiple sessions, a refund is available up to 24 hours before your first scheduled session; however, no refunds are available after that point. To cancel a session or request a refund, contact Nancy (see Contact for details).

No refund is available if you miss a session (for any reason) without notifying Nancy at least 24 hours prior. Please be on time: if you’re late for your session, it will end at the originally scheduled time and payment will not be reduced. If you have not paid for your session at least 24 hours in advance, your session may be cancelled and you’ll need to reschedule. These policies are in place to ensure the highest level of customer service to all scheduled clients and to others wishing to be added to Nancy’s limited schedule.

Payments sent to incorrect PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle accounts will not be reimbursed, so make sure you enter all details accurately and you’re paying the correct recipient.

Results May Vary

Client experiences and results vary, and no specific result is implied or guaranteed. Your results may be different than you’re expecting, occur in a different area, and/or follow a different timeline than you expect. It’s also possible that benefits will occur but be undetectable by you, or may not occur at all. During an intuitive consultation, every effort will be made to provide the information you seek; however, it may not possible for Nancy to provide it.
